Chess Club Tryouts:

Tryouts will be held on 1/9 @4pm in room #123. All kids are welcome.

Children will be notified by 1/16 whether or not they are selected for the club.

IF your child is selected:

Chess Club

Date/Time/Location: Weekly on Tuesdays 4-5pm in the library from February 13 - April 2th

The hour-long club will consist of a short presentation by the instructor on a specific chess concept followed by a chance for the children to ask questions and work through new concepts. The rest of the time will be spent having the kids play chess with each other and solve chess problems.
